EYC DPT02-D Digital Universal Input Signal Converter is a DIN-rail signal converter designed to scale and isolate field signals for PLC, SCADA and instrumentation systems. It accepts multiple input types (mA, V, RTD, thermocouple and resistance) and converts them to standard outputs. This -D version provides one analogue output, RS-485 Modbus RTU and a relay alarm output.

- Isolation: galvanic isolation between power supply, analogue input, analogue output and RS-485.
- Power connections: 85-253 V AC on terminals 31 and 34.
- Input & excitation terminals (1-4): 1 = +TC / Pt(b) (RTD 3/4-wire); 2 = -mA / -V / -TC / Pt(B) (RTD 2/3/4-wire) / Potm.1 / Lin.R; 3 = +mA / Pt(A) (RTD 2/3/4-wire) / Potm.3 / Lin.R; 4 = +exc. / +V / Pt(a) (RTD 4-wire) / Potm.2. Typical wiring: mA input on 2(-) & 3(+); V input on 2(-) & 4(+); thermocouple on 1(+) & 2(-); potentiometer on 2/4/3; auxiliary transmitter supply on 4(+V) & 2(-V).
- Environment & build: operating -10 to +60 °C, 0-95% RH (non-cond.); IP20; ABS UL94V-0; 99.5 x 25.5 x 104.2 mm; approx. 158 g.

FAQs
- Q: How is the relay output wired on DPT02-D?
A: Use terminal 21 for relay COM, terminal 22 for NO and terminal 23 for NC. Relay behaviour (HI/LO alarm, hysteresis and delay) is configurable from the keypad.
- Q: How do I connect the analogue output and RS-485?
A: Wire A.OUT1 to terminals 11 (-) and 12 (+). Wire RS-485 D- to terminal 13 and D+ to terminal 14 for Modbus RTU communication.
