Charter Controls is a B2B supplier, so we do not offer a standard online registration process.

Instead, customers can apply for a trade account using the application form below. A trade account allows us to set up customer-specific pricing, agreed discounts, and appropriate payment methods, all of which will be visible and usable when you log in to the website, should you choose this option.

Trade accounts can be opened as either:

• Proforma accounts (payment required before dispatch), or
• Credit accounts, subject to approval.

Account setup can often be completed on the same day, although credit accounts may take one to two working days depending on bank and reference checks.

If you need to place an order immediately and do not require an account, you can also check out as a guest directly from the website.
