The PMSA is a DIN Rail mounted DPCO Phase Monitoring Relay that measure TRUE RMS voltages by digitising the AC sine wave to 40kHz, 13 bit sampling. It is thus impervious to supply born harmonics. It is a multi-voltage device from 50 to 830v single-phase, two-phase and three-phase supplies with or without neutral. The PMSA also monitors Neutral to Ground
