Introducing the PAIRUI PIS30-24 and PIS120-24 Compact DIN Rail Power Supplies
Space inside a control panel is valuable. As more control, monitoring and automation equipment is added, every millimetre of DIN rail can matter.
That is why Charter Controls has introduced two new PAIRUI 24 V DC DIN rail power supplies, giving panel builders and machine builders a choice of 30 W or 120 W output in particularly compact housings.
The new PIS30-24 measures just 22.5 mm wide, while the higher-powered PIS120-24 is only 36 mm wide.
More Power Without Wasting Panel Space
A power supply is essential, but it should not occupy more DIN rail than necessary.
For panel builders working with increasingly compact enclosures, reducing the width of individual components can create valuable additional space for other equipment and can help make the overall panel layout easier to manage.
PAIRUI's two new models tackle that problem by providing two useful 24 V DC power levels in slim DIN rail packages.

Both models accept a 100 to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz input, making them straightforward options for a wide range of control panel and machine building applications.
PAIRUI PIS30-24: 30 W in Just 22.5 mm
For applications that do not require a large DC power supply, fitting an unnecessarily large unit into the panel can simply consume valuable space.
The PIS30-24 provides:
- 24 V DC output
- 30 W output power
- 1.25 A output current
- 100 to 240 V AC input
- A housing width of just 22.5 mm
- DIN rail mounting
Its narrow format makes it particularly useful where keeping the control panel compact is a priority.
Rather than allocating excessive rail space to the power supply, panel builders can use the space for the components that actually need it.
PAIRUI PIS120-24: 120 W in Only 36 mm
Where the application requires greater 24 V DC capacity, the PIS120-24 increases the available output to 120 W and 5 A, while remaining only 36 mm wide.
The PIS120-24 provides:
- 24 V DC output
- 120 W output power
- 5 A output current
- 100 to 240 V AC input
- A housing width of just 36 mm
- DIN rail mounting
This gives machine builders and control panel builders considerably more available power without having to sacrifice a large section of DIN rail.
Which PAIRUI Power Supply Do You Need?
The choice comes down to the 24 V DC power requirement of the application.
For lower-power control circuits, the PIS30-24 provides 30 W and 1.25 A in an exceptionally narrow 22.5 mm format.
Where the connected equipment requires more capacity, the PIS120-24 provides 120 W and 5 A while still taking up only 36 mm of DIN rail.
In both cases, the objective is the same: provide the 24 V DC power the panel needs while keeping valuable DIN rail space available for the rest of the installation.
